Adjectives - What is Adjective?

The fifth part of speech is adjectives. An adjective is a word that describes a noun or pronoun. 

Adjectives : happy, beautiful, clean, dirty, interesting, difficult, easy, red, black, hot, many

 

Adjectives answer the questions “which?”, “How many?”, and “What kind?” in English adjectives can come before nouns or after be.
